What a commercial window cleaning covers
Scope is set on your building, not on a template. A typical commercial cleaning includes exterior glass, interior glass, frames and sills wiped down, and any entry glass that takes the most abuse.
- Exterior glass by water-fed pole or traditional squeegee, depending on the elevation and glass condition
- Interior glass, partitions and entry doors
- Frames, sills and tracks detailed as part of the pass
- Screen removal, cleaning and reinstallation where screens are present
- Hard-water and mineral staining addressed as a separate line item when it is present
We work around your operation
Interior work in an occupied office is scheduled early, late or on Saturdays when that is what keeps the building running. Retail centers get cleaned before doors open. Medical suites get scheduled around patient blocks.
You get a confirmed date, a crew that shows up on it, and a call if anything changes.
Heights we service
We market and perform work to approximately three stories using water-fed pole systems, extension equipment and lifts where appropriate. We do not perform high-rise work, and we will tell you plainly when a building is outside our range instead of taking the job and figuring it out later.

Certificates of Insurance, W-9s, vendor onboarding portals and purchase-order billing are all routine here. We carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage, and a COI naming your entity is available on request.
