Commercial Exterior Window Cleaning
Exterior glass in Northeast Ohio takes road salt, lake-effect weather, pollen, construction dust and runoff staining from frames and roof lines. It is the side of the glass that determines how the building reads from the parking lot.
Method is chosen by the building. Ground-level and storefront glass is usually traditional squeegee work. Elevated and long-run glass is usually water-fed pole with purified water.

How we approach exterior work
Before anything gets cleaned, frames, sills and screens get attention — otherwise runoff puts the dirt straight back on clean glass.
- Frames, sills and tracks cleared as part of the pass
- Screens removed, cleaned and reinstalled where present
- Purified water on elevated and long-run glass for a spot-free finish
- Traditional squeegee detail on entries and ground-level glass
- Mineral and hard-water staining identified and quoted separately
Seasonal timing
Spring, after salt season ends, is the highest-value exterior cleaning of the year for most Greater Cleveland properties. A fall pass before the holidays is the common second visit.
Access and equipment
Water-fed poles, extension equipment and lifts where the site supports them, to approximately three stories. If a lift is required, we coordinate placement and ground protection with your team in advance.
Common questions
- Will spotting come back right after it rains?
- Clean glass beads and sheds rain far better than dirty glass. Purified water leaves no mineral residue behind, so normal rain does not undo the cleaning.
- Do you clean frames and screens too?
- Yes. Frames, sills and tracks are part of the pass, and screens are cleaned and reinstalled where they are present.
- When is the best time of year to schedule?
- Spring, once salt season is over, delivers the biggest visible change. Many properties add a fall cleaning before the holiday season.
