Commercial Service
Industrial Window Cleaning for Northeast Ohio Facilities
Industrial glass is a different job than an office suite. Plant windows collect exhaust film, road salt spray, dust from yard traffic and years of weather. Panels are often high, long and awkward to reach, and the building never really stops running.
We quote industrial work off a site visit, not a guess. That is the only honest way to price glass that has not been touched in several years.

Facilities we service
Manufacturing plants, fabrication shops, processing facilities, distribution centers, service garages and the attached office areas that sit at the front of most industrial buildings.
- Large continuous window runs and clerestory glass within reach
- Front office and lobby areas where visitors and customers actually see the glass
- Break rooms, control rooms and interior partition glass
- Overhead door glass, entry systems and vestibules
Working around production
We coordinate with plant maintenance and EHS before the crew shows up. That means sign-in procedures, PPE requirements, escort rules, restricted zones and the shift windows when a given area can be accessed.
If interior glass has to wait for a shutdown weekend or a planned maintenance day, we schedule to it.
Elevated glass within our range
Elevated industrial windows are serviced with water-fed pole systems running purified water, extension equipment and lifts where the site supports them. Our marketed working height is approximately three stories. We do not perform rope access, suspended work or high-rise cleaning.
First clean versus maintenance clean
Heavily neglected industrial glass often needs a restorative first pass, sometimes including mineral and hard-water treatment, before it can drop into a normal maintenance cycle. We separate those on the quote so you can see what is one-time and what is ongoing.
Common questions
- Do you clean industrial and manufacturing facilities?
- Yes. Plants, fabrication shops, processing facilities and distribution centers are core work for us, including the office areas attached to them.
- How high can you clean?
- We service glass to approximately three stories using water-fed poles, extension equipment and lifts where appropriate. We do not advertise or perform high-rise window cleaning.
- Can you follow our site safety and sign-in requirements?
- Yes. Send us your contractor requirements with the assessment request — PPE, orientation, escort rules and restricted areas all get built into the plan before we arrive.
- Our glass hasn't been cleaned in years. Is that a problem?
- No, but it changes the scope. Neglected glass usually needs a restorative first cleaning, and mineral or hard-water staining is priced separately from the standard cleaning.
