Large facilities
Long window runs, multiple elevations, separate office and plant areas, and buildings measured in acres. We assess the whole site and break the quote into areas so you can phase it if you want to.
Large glass areas and clerestory runs
Continuous glass, clerestory bands and high shop windows are handled with water-fed pole systems and lifts where the site supports them, to approximately three stories.
Operational schedules
Shift changes, shutdown weekends, planned maintenance days and production windows drive the schedule. Tell us the constraint and we plan to it.
Exterior buildup
Exhaust film, yard dust, road salt spray and years of untreated weather usually mean the first cleaning is restorative. We separate that from the ongoing maintenance cost on the quote.
Working around employees
Site sign-in, PPE, escorts, restricted zones and forklift traffic patterns get reviewed before the crew arrives, not on the morning of.

For a plant, a blind estimate is worthless. We walk the property, photograph conditions, evaluate access and quote the building in front of us.

- How high can you reach?
- Approximately three stories with water-fed poles, extension equipment and lifts where appropriate. We do not perform high-rise work.
- Can you clean during a shutdown weekend?
- Yes. Shutdowns and planned maintenance windows are common scheduling targets for interior plant glass.
