Water-Fed Pole Window Cleaning
A water-fed pole system pushes purified water up a carbon-fiber pole to a brush at the glass. Because the water has had its minerals removed, the glass dries without spotting and never needs a squeegee pass.
For commercial buildings it is usually the better method above the first floor: fewer ladders in walkways, less time in your parking lot, and consistent results across long window runs.

Why it fits commercial work

Where traditional cleaning is still better
Interior glass, entry doors, ground-level storefronts and glass with heavy adhesive or mineral staining still get traditional squeegee and detail work. Most commercial jobs use both methods — the point is picking the right one per elevation.
Working height
Water-fed pole systems, extension equipment and lifts where appropriate carry us to approximately three stories. We do not perform high-rise or suspended-access work.
Common questions
- Does pure water actually clean better?
- It cleans differently. The brush breaks the dirt loose and the purified rinse carries it off, drying with no mineral residue — which is why the glass dries spot-free without a squeegee.
- Will there be water in our entrances or parking lot?
- There is runoff at the base of the building during the pass. It is plain purified water, it dries clean, and we route work to keep entrances usable.
- Do you still use ladders?
- Occasionally, where it is the right tool. The system exists specifically to keep crews off ladders for most elevated glass.
