Moen Building Post-Construction Window Cleaning

The entire first floor of the Moen building in North Olmsted underwent renovation.

Cleveland Window Cleaners — operating as Westlake Window Cleaners, LLC — performed the post-construction window cleaning associated with that renovation.

Renovation work leaves glass in a different condition than ordinary soiling. Construction dust, compound residue, adhesive and installation debris all have to come off before the finished space can be turned over.

Work of this kind also has to fit the construction schedule rather than a cleaning schedule, and it has to respect a building that is still in use above the renovated floor.

Glass was assessed and cleaned using post-construction methods rather than standard maintenance cleaning, with frames, tracks and sills addressed alongside the glass.

Work was coordinated to fit the renovation timeline for the first floor.

The first-floor glass was cleaned and turned over as part of the completed renovation.
