Post-Construction Window Cleaning for Commercial Projects
Construction glass is not dirty glass — it is glass with stickers, adhesive, drywall compound, paint overspray, silicone and concrete splatter on it. It takes different labor, different tools and a different quote than a maintenance cleaning.
We work directly with general contractors, construction managers and owners on final-phase cleaning, and we schedule around the trades still working the building.

What post-construction cleaning removes
Every project leaves a different mix behind. We assess the actual glass before quoting, because two buildings the same size can be very different jobs.
- Manufacturer labels, stickers and adhesive residue
- Drywall compound, joint dust and sanding film
- Paint and stain overspray
- Silicone, caulk and sealant smears

Working with the GC's schedule
Final cleaning gets squeezed. We understand that. We coordinate around remaining trades, handle punch-list glass items after walkthrough, and come back for the items that get flagged rather than treating the first visit as the end of the relationship.
Renovation work in occupied buildings
Not every project is new construction. Floor-by-floor renovations inside occupied buildings are common, and those need cleaning that respects the tenants who never left. Our post-construction cleaning at the Moen building in North Olmsted followed a first-floor renovation.
A note on scratched or damaged glass
If glass arrives on site already scratched, etched or damaged by another trade, we document it and tell you before cleaning rather than after. Nobody benefits from that conversation happening at closeout.

- Yes — for new commercial construction, tenant build-outs and renovations. It is quoted separately from maintenance cleaning because the labor is different.
- Can you handle punch-list items?
- Yes. We expect punch-list glass items and schedule a return visit for them.
- Can you quote from plans?
- We prefer a site visit for construction cleaning, because the actual condition of the glass drives the labor. Site assessments are free.
- Do you remove stickers and adhesive?
- Yes. Labels, adhesive residue, compound, overspray and sealant smears are all part of a construction clean.
