Commercial Roof Cleaning and Project Preparation
This page is written for roofing contractors, not building owners.
If you have a commercial roof project that needs surfaces cleaned before your crews start — coating work, repair sections, equipment curbs, adjacent facades — we handle the cleaning scope so your people stay on roofing work.

What we clean on a roofing project
Our scope is cleaning. Your crew determines what preparation the system requires; we execute the cleaning portion of it.
- Roof surface cleaning ahead of coating or repair work
- Dirt, debris, organic growth and general buildup removal
- Equipment curbs, penetrations and perimeter areas
- Adjacent facades, walls and parapets fouled by the work
- Ground-level cleanup of the areas your work affects
- Post-project cleaning of glass and surfaces below the work area
Contractor-to-contractor
You get a direct number, straight answers on what we can and cannot do, and a crew that understands a schedule that moves. If your dates slide because of weather or material delivery, tell us and we adjust — that is normal on roofing work.
Site-specific quoting
Every roof is different, so every quote comes off a site visit. We look at access, surface condition, drainage, what is directly below the work area and what your system requires. Site assessments are free.
What we do not claim
We do not make roofing performance claims. Cleaning is not a warranty of adhesion, coating performance or system compatibility — the roofing contractor owns those technical requirements and specifies what preparation is acceptable. We do the cleaning to that direction.
Repeat subcontractor relationships
The best version of this relationship is ongoing: you know what we cost, we know how you run projects, and we can be scheduled across multiple properties without a fresh vetting cycle every time.
Common questions
- Do you work as a subcontractor to roofing contractors?
- Yes. Cleaning scope on commercial roofing projects is a normal engagement for us, including repeat work across multiple properties.
- Will your cleaning guarantee coating adhesion?
- No, and we will not claim it does. The roofing contractor specifies the required preparation; we perform the cleaning to that direction.
- Can you work around our project schedule?
- Yes. Roofing schedules move with weather and materials. We plan for that and coordinate directly with your project manager.
- Do you handle cleanup below the work area?
- Yes. Glass, facades and hard surfaces below a roofing work area are commonly included in the same scope.
